Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna

Man, the room was mad spacious and clean, was like home! Wi-Fi was fast as hell, too. Location next to the central train station was slick for getting 'round Vienna. Just wish they had some coffee or tea in the room, I ain't feelin' that.

The units were stocked and the staff were fairly friendly and excellent people upon request to the housekeeping staff. The property was centrally situated approx 10-15 minutes' walk from two belvedere palaces.

The location worked perfectly for my short business trip, just a quick walk from the Central Station. I really appreciated the spacious accommodation, which was ideal for relaxing after a day of meetings. There was convenient access to the underground. One downside was that there were some minor maintenance issues in the room, but they were promptly addressed by the staff, showcasing their quick response. The experience was enjoyable with a comfortable stay and great amenities for a traveler like me.

The self-check-in machine needs significant improvements as it malfunctioned, causing frustration!!! The kitchen supplies were hilariously inadequate, limiting what you can actually cook with!!! A decent number of bath amenities would be appreciated!!!

The large apartment was beautifully designed, with a dedicated workspace, made my business trip much more productive.

The spacious studio I stayed in had a modern design and a dedicated workspace, perfect for my travel needs. The location was amazing, with easy access to public transport and a lovely park nearby.

This oversight could be improved to better serve guests who wish to dine in.

Staying at Adina Serviced Apartments was a mix of highs and lows. The location is great, just a short walk from Wien Hbf. My apartment had a modern feel with a spacious layout, perfect for my time there. I faced issues with the kitchen setup. Although it had a stove, there were no pans or plates, just a couple of mugs and spoons. That made cooking a bit pointless. The bedding left something to be desired. I only received two very flat pillows and a single sheet for the mattress, which didn't fit properly. I asked for an extra blanket but was told they couldn't provide one. The check-in process was smooth, but the room cleanliness was not up to par, as I found some dust and hair upon my arrival. The atmosphere was mostly quiet, aside from some noise from nearby rooms. All in all, the experience had its enjoyable moments, but the kitchen equipment and bedding situation were significant drawbacks.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the train station, and it felt safe and clean. The staff were kind, allowing me to leave my luggage after checkout so I could enjoy more sightseeing.

The food had a diverse selection and tasted great, and I got a room on the 5th floor that was conveniently near Botanischer Garten.
